Planning of HSRP Production and Affixation Activity
Internal coordination with HO and Field level employee for smooth operations
Make contingency plan and execute them for smooth functioning
Ensuring Proper resource (Men & Material) management
Liaison with the Transport Department at State as well District Level
Provision of vehicle registration data in time
Ensure that the predefined process for HSRP Production and Affixation is followed
Review the existing process and suggesting necessary changes
Liaison with RTO and TC Office
Building efficiency (cost reduction) in the process of HSRP
Resolve all issues related to government office
