Timely filing of various company law returns with ROC, MCA, CLB for the Company.
Ensuring timely compilation and circulation of Board agenda and minutes .
To ensure all compliance and governance processes are strictly followed and implemented.
Approvals from regulatory authorities including Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Company Law Board. To actively contribute on all special projects as far as secretarial and legal matters are concerned. Handling all commercial matters such as Sales Tax, Service Tax, VAT, Excise , Convene board meetings periodically , RBI / AD approvals for nonpayment Exports, Imports and Exports, Insurance etc. make minutes.
Legal:
Handling litigations (Consumer/ Recovery/ Criminal Cases/ Other matters) for the company.
Ensuring effective management of activities for the legal department.
Preparation and vetting of various internal and external SOPs, MOUs, contract/agreements, deed other documents and their compliances.
Regional Director and Department of Company Affairs on various Company law matters.
Responsible for handling all legal matters and instituting systems and legal practices to secure the best interest of the company.
Primary responsibility for maintaining Code Of Conduct and all company policies on legal and ethical conduct.
Liaison with Registrar of Companies,
Handle matters related to Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.
Ensure all legal compliance for all the companies under and audit the same periodically.
Handle registration of trademarks, patents etc.
