Co- achieve targeted form sales and enrollments - program group wise, Implementation of on-ground initiatives
Create program awareness, preference and build university brand among key interest groups - counsellors, parents, coaching institutes ,students,
Colleges and Coaching Centers, Contacting Schools , local as well as out station, for presentations.
Plan, execute and monitor integrated lead generation campaigns across various platforms
Monitor the leads conversion, ensure enough leads are being fed into the pipeline to ensure eventual targeted conversions
Ensure timely preparation of all marketing collaterals through partner agencies - films, presentations, leaflets, posters, brochures, standees.
Collect students data base
Conduct counseling sessions - local and out station
Maintaining sales MIS, Students database, Stock MIS, Schools and Colleges database
Manage enquiries - Counsel walk-ins, telephonic and online enquires
Data handling, analysis and marketing analytics.
Develop correspondence for various initiatives Selection process, offer letters, GD PI invitation letters, reminders
Keeping the students engaged after they have taken admissions till the point of registration
Excellent Communication Skills.
Good academic credentials.
