 Material Requiement Plan
a.Raise Indents of material on the store as per production plan and requirement for packing the product.

2.Packing Process Check 
Check hygiene activities, display boards related to shift code,MRP of each sku. Prepare reports like cbbs packed, transfer to s&f, defective trays, arranged trays, backlog cleared, labour allocation entry. Monitor web conditions.
Randomly check pack quality (sealing,coding,panneling).
Decide on acceptable/rejection, decide action for rectification of issues like code missing, less wt packs etc.
Required dust -required recyclable biscuits to be given dust to mixing. Ensure part rolls are consumed fully before issuing the new laminate Roll.
Assign non conforming product to scrap, accounting, dispatching to outsider, wrapper disposal, rejected wrapping material.
check for broken biscuit packed,non quality biscuits in trays,Inspect recyclable biscuits for repacking.

3.Break Down and Maintenance Detail 

a. Identifying the breakdown,repairing method, coordinate with the fitters,verify the condition of machine,log book entry of shift activity.
b. List down maint issues for weekly preventive maintenance. Check spare machines status with maintenance team and get changeover of machines as required.

4.Quality Assurance 

a. Check sensitivity of metal detector every 2 hour and ensure no production without metal detector is functioning properly.
b.Check Plant hygiene condition and personnel hygiene of workmen. Check records of Pest control management.

5.Record Keeping & Communication 

a. Daily feeling of all formats as per ISO requirement and initiate corrective action in case of any NCR.
b.Record individual machine defectives and monitor machine performance. Inform shift incharge/ maintenance Incharge for high defective.
c. Ensure smooth handover to the next shift officer with proper communication and material availability. Explain all difficulties faced during the shift . 15 mins overlapping before and after shift with the previous and next officer is important.
