Production planning and scheduling as per the orders to ensure high levels of throughput during shift operations with optimum use of resources.
Team Building activities to motivate production staffs to deliver exceptional work.
Manufacturing of products in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
Managing the human and material resources to meet the production target.
To lead and guide the shift operations team in case of breakdowns and ensuring through Root cause analysis for every breakdown to meet targets.
Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications..
Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staffs.
Productivity Improvement and Wastage reduction targeted on continuous basis.
Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
Training and Development of production manpower.
Productivity Improvement and Wastage reduction targeted on continuous basis.
Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
Maintain personnel discipline and impose disciplinary measures as maybe required according to company rules and regulations.
Ensure hygiene condition as well as the external and internal environments.
