Details:
- Take safety rounds, find out unsafe acts & unsafe conditions, and take the corrective & necessary action.
- Accident Investigation of the accidents in manner to find out the actual cause of the accident so that to prevent the similar type accidents.
- Updating the Environment, Health & Safety boards (LTI, Minor Injury, and Major Injury, Man hours, Fire load data, Frequency rate & Severity rate).
- Routine inspection, maintenance & testing of Fire Tender, Routine inspection & testing of Automatic Fire Detection & Alarm system.
- Conduct Safety Audit (Utility, Production, Maintenance, Admin, Electrical, Printing and Packaging, Open area, Mezzanine floor and other department etc)
- Imparted the training on environment, health & safety to the employees & the people who are working on behalf of the organization.
- Maintain Pump house, Fire tender, Fire Extinguisher, Hydrant system, First Aid Boxes, Mock Drill, Fire Drill, Evacuation Drill records.
- Efficient response in case of emergency.
- Basic Fire Fighting training, EHS level-01 & 02 training.
- Maintains record of all audits, EHS training & FAE inspection
