The key priorities for the Retail Bank are acquisition of new customers, ensuring we become the Primary Bank by meeting the financial needs of our customers, growing Retail Deposits, CASA and increasing cross-sell of all products offered by the Bank.

Principal Accountabilities of the Role:-
1. Achieve Business targets - Delivers across CASA, fee and BB goals

Generate leads from existing customers & Employees
Cross sell for existing customers
Identifying HNI / Corporates / Business units through various channels.
Follow up with Govt Depts, Corporations & Courts
Monitor and generate leads through TPVs

2. Profitability
Deliver contribution towards Breakeven of new Branch as per the goals
Manage within Budgets
Non Fund Business
Increase cross sell of Insurance and Mutual Funds
Drive high yielding Advances
Control and monitor leakage of income

3. Audit and compliance
Track exceptional transactions
Team training on adherence of processes on a continuous basis .
Monitoring mechanism to be in place for all processes.

4. Customer Service 
All complaints and issues are resolved within the TAT.
Ensure all the team in the branch is customer focused.
Provide feedback to CO on customer needs, competition for improved services

5. Employee Development
Build Best in class team
Motivating for Higher responsibilities & Customer centric Approach
Regular Staff Meets and Sharing / Updating latest Trends / Circulars / Market Knowledge.
Regular feedback on the performance and support in improvement areas.
