Sales target achievement
Supervision of Visual look and feel of the store
Advertising and Sales Promotion
Maintaining Sales vs. Stock ratio
Maintain excellent customer service
Supervise and mentor sales staff to increase operational efficiency
Placing orders on B2B
Merchandise planning and handling
Adherence to HR protocols
Maintaining all the documents required for audit
Update various MIS on a monthly basis
Review and appraisals of the team members as per defined KRA's
Monitor expenses as per the allocated budget
