Details:

• Creating monthly plan with marketing, production, purchase teams for prioritizing the market needs.
• Successfully demonstrated improvement in layout of assemblies, which included the utilization of space and minimization of the movement of material and men.
• Responsible for achieving schedule production target on daily & monthly basis.
• Review plan and availability of material during every shift of production.
• Documentation of production analysis, rejection analysis and line & shift log book.
• Weekly meetings with other departments to maintain committed on time delivery.
• Effectively handled projects related to Kaizen, 5S, Infrastructure, Manpower Planning & Productivity Improvement.
• Achieved reduction in inventory, maintenance of desired level (Maximum, Minimum & level) of inventory by monitoring and tracking of goods availability at various warehouses.
• Attend the morning meeting at production floor to get material against the material from purchase.
• Inventory management as per Re-Order level and EOQ calculations.
