Key Responsibilities:
1.Plant Efficiency control with highest attention on Plant capacity & manpower utilization with quality maintenance, timely execution of production targets, continual monitoring of quality of production by supporting quality assurance function.
2.Spearheading Administration, production ,planning , QA QC , Engineering , (Tablet, Capsule, Liquid Orals Injection etc)
3.To ensure 0% market quality complaints.
4.Accountable for production, quality, , plant HR & administration.
5.Responsible for the selection of right manufacturing resources in general and maintain accountability,
6.Provisioning the engineering support pertaining to existing and proposed product-lines/process requirements
Monitor and provide 100% accountability of both the material consumption in the manufacturing activities and WIP inventory, with variances due to efficiency and quality issues.
7.Ensuring a cost effective production.
8.Ensure complete compliance as per WHO GMP and Regulatory requirement.
9. Developing and implementing plans to efficiently use Material, Labor and Equipment to meet production targets.
Conceptualizing & implementing equipment maintenance schedules.
10 Training of employees in the use of existing and new equipment or production techniques for continual productivity
11. Formulation development of products under registration ,manufacturing and to be manufactured in pipeline continuous improvements to deliver operational efficiency and enhanced compliance standards .
12.Answer off queries raised by party during registration of products.
13. Development of printed packaging material.
14. Represent the team during visit of drug regulatory authority or auditor, buyer.
15. Implement the direction of director as given.
