Description:
We are recruiting for a Production Manager - Electronics in our growing team developing world leading CRICKET analysis and data capture applications.
Work with other departments to ensure smooth running of production
Communicate a mind-set of continuous improvement & responsibility vs. targets achievement.
Ensure working standards are respected during operations (safety, work instructions, quality).
Perform OJT (On the Job Training) of his/her teams every day on standards & methodologies implemented.
Should be a GO GETTER
Ensure enforcement of health, safety and environmental rules
Assign & check corrective actions on recurring problems.
Ensure optimal use of equipment.
Experience in Electronics production is mandatory.
Develop test equipment and procedures .
Develop Standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Plan work flow and develop production aids as required.
Desired Profile The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in high volume.
Prepare budget proposal (including training actions, investments).
production supervision and / or Supply Chain of Electronics. Experience in high volume hi-tech would be a distinct advantage.
Ability to develop new methods and ideas.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Self-motivated and organised, able to react effectively to deadlines.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Education: B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, B.Sc -Electronics
PG - M.Tech - Computers, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication
