Responsibilities:
Support clients on usage of complex software products
Provide regular updates to clients using JIRA ticketing system
Develop scripts and SQL based queries to analyze data
Provide product support and investigation when needed.
Create escalation tickets for software development teams located in USA, UK
Participate in meetings and conference calls if necessary
Deliver periodic status reports and investigation results to upper management
Mandatory skills:
2-7 years professional experience (freshers considered with strong academic record)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Expert on Microsoft Excel (charts, tables, formulae)
SQL for data analysis and reporting
Understanding of statistical methods for data aggregation
Strong academic track record with above average grades
Bachelors or Masters degree in Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering
Willing to work in late night shifts (if necessary) - 6pm to 12am
Nice to have Skills:
* Working knowledge with Unix
* Prior work experience in a software product support role
* Prior work experience with Software development
* Experience or knowledge of cellular communication (e.g. GSM, UMTS, LTE or underlying wireless communication technology)

We are looking for a passionate, motivated and self-managed employee to fill the position of a Mobile Analytics Lead engineer. This candidate will be responsible for being an expert on software products in the exciting space of mobile intelligence and data analytics. You will be interacting with company's clients all over the world and providing them world-class support, technical guidance and data analytics reports. You will need strong attention to detail, an eye for quality and excellent communication skills to be successful in this role.
