Traveling 22 to 25days in Peripheral of 300Km from his home location and visit Sub dealers by his two wheeler, Train, Bus.
Organize End Users Meet Example Service with Chole Bhature Products Show and Free Service and Promote Horse Power Tools Products and give End User gift scheme on behalf of buying Tools.
Meet with Sub dealers and give Trade off Scheme and take order and Place to Company Distributor.
Preparation of sales forecast and implementation of sales plans.
Identifying institutional clients and demonstrating our Products.
Achieving sales and collection targets for the allotted area
Preparation of periodic sales reports, including daily activity matrix and calls/follow-ups made.
Market mapping, customer mapping, competitor mapping in the geography assigned.

Desired Profile.
Collect market intelligence such as New Scheme, New Products Launch of Competitors 
Ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing Dealers and Customers.
Should have Two Wheeler for conveyance.
Should have experience in Channel Sales Managing in Consumer Durables, Electrical Home Appliances or Sanitary ware or Product Base similar Industry.
Should be confident with Good Communication Skill
Active team player
Agreed Sales Target Achiever and passion for Drive to Target Sales with Analytical thinking
Having knowledge or experience of secondary sales,
Ability to generate ideas which can help him/her and the team to achieve the targets assigned.
Ability to engage with people in a convincing manner.
Age should be less than 30 years

Education Any Graduate - Any Specialization/MBA/PGDM - Marketing
