-Training needs assessment for the circle.
-Assist in developing sales scripts, training and workflows
-Understanding marketing campaigns and bundling options for products
-Designing, leading and coordinating sales incentives and activities to maximize sales performance
-Design and develop content for sales representatives, conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance
-Develops individual results; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
-Measuring and improving training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
-Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items; controlling costs.
-Strong Presentation skills.
-Conduct Product, Sales training & Customer care.
