Job Description:
Minimize costs due to penalties, challans and prosecution related to compliances.
Provide timely support to all departments (internal customers) with regard to compliances & legal.
Ensure quality of facilities provided to the workers and employees including canteen and medical facilities.
Support in coordinating with the vendors for any issues with canteen and medical facilities.
Conduct engagement activities and events for workers such as celebration of festivals, birthdays, recognition programs etc.
Manage all plant related statutory compliances, including labour and environment.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of documentation and data required for these compliances.
Submit the required documents and data to the relevant labour and environment agencies / authorities.
Prepare reports detailing compliances & legal related updates for the plant and share the same with the HR Head for review.
Desired Profile:
Note: HR Executive must have MSW with mimi 2 Years good experience in Statutory Compliances and Employee Welfare for Haridwar Plant.
