Description:
- Conduct business activity under Channel retail sales (Company owned depots to dealers to end users).
- Achievement of sales & collection targets in assigned area / states.
- Creating awareness of Waterproofing products based on innovative and patented technology.
- Maintaining Dealers wise ledger for sales / collection / Token / C form reconciliation.
- Conducting Painter / Dealer Training Program, formal & small group with set guidelines.
- Preparing travel plan for self & subordinates based on the business / HO guidelines / Route Plan / Dealer Listing.
- Collecting leads from retailers & visit to expected sites for demonstration & business generation.
- Preparing of Dealer & Painter/ Mason Data Bank with ABC/XYZ classification and update to HO/Supervisor with desired frequency.
- Merchandising activity like POS, Demo Kit, Display, etc.
- Generating business enquiry & Training of Customers like small builders, hostels, hospitals and others small institutions.
- On time reporting as per the company Norms.To submit mobile based daily reporting and other weekly / Monthly reports.
- Visit to Architects & Interiors decorators and developers for increasing awareness of waterproofing products & paints & ancillary products.
- Attending Monthly Review Meetings.
- Must have Knowledge of MS Office.
