- Involved in End to End Recruitment like Identifying, analysis, Sourcing, Screening & Short listing the resumes
- Short listing candidates profile according to the parameters set by client companies.
- from the existing database, Job Portals, head hunting, internet sourcing, mass mailing and candidates referrals.
- Conducting preliminary interview and updating the team lead about the candidates abilities and their expectations.
- Coordinate with the client regarding the interview schedule & further process of the profile.
- Screen the resumes as per the requirement and send it to the client for Evaluation.
- Pre and post follow up with candidates up to the process of final selection till the candidate joins the organization.
- Involved with client interaction/meets for understanding their requirement and their future plans of hiring.
- Follow-up on the joining formalities for the selected candidates.
