The intent behind sending out this mail to you today is to extend a formal invite to your organization for the biggest open employment event in ICFE Regional office, Lucknow on Nov 15th, 2013. This is an open job fair, which will have candidates coming in majorly from various trades like Finance, Accounts, Retail, IT, Telecom from Lucknow and Across UP.
Important points:
The event will see 22-25 employers hiring for their requirements. Company’s who are giving out on the spot offer letters get more mileage
The event will be covered by the media, hence it’s an opportunity for the organization to get some branding
In case you decide to participate, then ICFE will need to use your logo for the creative’s and advertisements of these job fairs
Slots are limited and only on “first come first serve basis”
Charges:
The event is absolutely free of cost for candidates and employers.
Candidate Profile:
Undergraduates, Graduates & Post Graduates aspiring for jobs in Finance, Accounts, Sales Retail, Hospitality, etc
Age Group: 18 to 30 Years
Candidate Aspiration: Entry level (or early mid level) jobs
Approximate walk-in of 500+ candidates
The slot booking process will be finished 7 days before the date of event, as post this, we will start our marketing activities to get candidates in. We will provide you a dedicated room / stall to conduct interviews and space to conduct any written test or GDs. The snacks and lunch will be provided from our end.
In case you think the event interests you and you would like to be a part of it, please drop in an email as a token of your confirmation along with the details of openings that you will come with to recruit. We will source candidates from various pools by doing database calling, emailing, PR and classified ads, hence it becomes imperative to take your prior permission to use your logo in any of these forums if you are participating in the job fair.
