Continually track the disparities, if any, between the operating plan and the monthly requirements analyze cause of gap
Planning, directing and coordinating the manufacturing of automotive products
Analyze production processes for identification and removal non-value adding processes, bottlenecks etc
Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and cost
Oversee the various cost heads such as tools, consumables, power, etc and analyze / make plans to control it
Support the development of team members and create a culture of development
