Description:
Compilation of Balance sheet and profit and loss accounts and schedules thereof.
Compliance to Accounting Standards (Indian GAAP).
Review of General Ledgers on monthly/Quarterly/Annual basis and advising corrective action, along with
Preparation & Compilation of Annual Budget and conducting variance analysis
Coordinating the Annual Budget Process by interfacing with all functional heads and work out the basis with relevant assumptions.
Periodical Reconciliation of stocks and Inventory valuation at the year end.
Providing Inputs on Variance and preparing monthly MIS reports.
Preparation of Tax Audit report, Sales Tax return, Monthly / Annual Expenditure Budgets.
Asset Capitalization and preparation of Fixed Assets Register.
Cost Center Analysis & optimization of resources.
Handling of Accounts Payable & Receivables. AP includes approval of invoice, payments, reconciliation and
aging of creditors. AR includes Invoice approval, Reconciliation of customer(s) and Aging of debtors on a regular basis.
He should act as a monitor of commercial function in close coordination with internal audit costing & Budgeting function.
Study of the existing Systems and Processes and aligning the procedure according to best accounting practices.
Will spearhead of costing budgeting & accounts functions.
Profile:
Should have 8 to 15 years experience in Finance and Accounts function
Chartered Accountant with ICWA/MBA Finance will get preference
Must have SAP exposure.
Fluency in written English and computer working
Time management and leadership qualities
Should have team building skills.
Education: Any Graduate/B.Com - Commerce /PG - CA
