Details:
Maintain accurate food service records.
Knowledge of HACCP/ FSMS.
Maintain consistency in food preparation and service to students and College
employees.
Receive, check and sign for food delivered to institution, prepare work schedule, keep time sheets.
Prepare food production reports, prepare roster sheets.
Compile reports, bills, deposit slips and cash register reports.
Maintains equipment, storage, food preparation and serving areas in a sanitary condition for the purpose of complying with current health standards.
Coordinate efforts with staff, faculty and support personnel, which include (delivery, maintenance, security, custodial).
Attend meetings.
Take responsibility for properly winding up and cleaning the kitchen after the dinner at night
Proper discipline & decorum of the site to be maintained..
Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
Ensure that all employee abide by the laws & follow the Hygienic Norms
