Desire candidates must be B.tech In Mechanical or diploma in mechanical with having 7 to 14 year work experience in Quality Department & Sheet Metal Fabrication . Having sound Knowledge of Welding Technology. Should be from Sheet Metal industries.
Job Profile:-
1. Maintaining all documentation at shop floor as per TS 16949/2009.
2. To ensure that all processes are as per control plan and W.I.P
3. Monitoring and maintaining SOP, Control plan, Process Audit, Product Audit, System Audit
4. Ensure the availability of Quality Fabrication as per required.
5. Monitoring all regular and new parts through documentation system, implementation PPAP, APQP, FMEA
6. Conducting daily morning meeting with quality engg., production engg., process engg.,maintainance engg., line trainers, line mentors, quality inspector for running quality issues.
7. To apply Kaizen, 5S & POKA YOKE, 7QC Tools, Statistical Process Control (SPC),
8. Cost of Quality (COQ) techniques.
Education: UG - B.Tech/B.E
